About
Tiffani Brown is the driving force behind Compani B. A non-profit advisor, foundation consultant, and business attorney, Tiffani has contributed to impactful projects for over thirteen years. As an attorney at the law firm of Manatt, Phelps, and Phillips, she served as outside counsel for the Goldman Sachs Urban Investment Group to finance the construction of facilities such as charter schools, retail space and health centers in low-income areas.
Following Manatt, Tiffani served as interim deputy general counsel at the Open Society Foundations before developing her own advisory practice under Compani B. Management Inc. specializing in legacy planning.
Tiffani holds degrees from New York University School of Law, Yale University and the University of Southern California.
